Hello, Welcome to my photo site.
My Name is Jim Quaschnick Jr...this was just a hobby that grew. (I had to make the photo's at least not right clickable for some one was stealing the better ones without asking permission). I do not care if you want a photo just ask and if you are nice about it I will probably print it for you. I take pictures for fun so please enjoy. Besides doing this for fun my photos are commonly used with a few local newspapers, Folsom Telegraph, El Dorado Telegraph, & the Auburn Journal to name a few. We also volunteer our services to photograph events for community organizations & charity events.
My family and I live and work in Folsom, our daughter plays basketball for Vista Del Lago High School , we support the mission of Lakeside Church, we do what we can to help out in the community.
In my real life, I have been in real estate for over 25 years as a Broker for 20 years which is my focus and my passion, helping people and making a difference in their lives.
My background is diverse in real estate with experience in the building of homes, sports arenas and various commercial industrial, office and retail buildings, rehabbing homes for a profit and for affordable housing, as well as building affordable senior housing facilities using tax credit dollars.
In 1994 with the blessing of the US Bank of California President we started the first down payment assistant program in the United States because of a passion to change the way people got into homes.
Since then we have achieved that dream by getting hundreds of thousands of families though out the US into homes by working closly with the Federal Government, National Banks, National & Local Builders, Real Estate Brokerages, and Mortgage Brokers.
Today 2009 there is still that need of homeownership though the need is greater to provide answers to questions that friends and family have who are facing FORECLOSURE. It is a huge crisis that affects 1 in 7 people in California. We as a family were affected by the changing mortgage market and were able to push through it and of course we have had friends and family that have been stuck in it as well. With this ever changing environment many don't know even where to start. We can help!
For the last 3 years my focus has been on assisting banks through the foreclosure process which has provided me the opportunity to understand the needs of those facing foreclosure. How to stop it, how to postpone it or just how to move on without totally damaging your credit. If there is someone you know that needs my assistance please provide me with their information and I will be happy to discuss with them in private the alternatives 90% of the options available are FREE. If I am not focused on helping someone through their foreclosure issues and you would like me to just take some pictures of your sons or daughters playing sports I can do that too. Give me a call or drop me a note and I will see what I can do to assist you.
