Walnut Water Issues

The right hand corner of the home is where it was undermined. The foundation wall is only 12' into the soil. It sits above the soil about 6 inches or so.

We replaced the 4 inch line on between the two properties to catch the rain from 3 down spouts. It appears to be working. The three down spouts at the front of the home appear to be clogged from the West side of the porch . I purchased a snake today to clean it out I hope.

The soil is sinking at this north west corner more than likely because we didnt compact the soil which at the time was mud and supper wet.

You can see the soil needs to be backed in. I do not believe this is from the current rains.

There is a Three inch line that runs from here to the front porch.

This is just looking back along the West side or right side of the home. Under the broken concrete is a 4" line running to the back.

Front porch one of the down spouts that maybe clogged prior to the new line. Goes into that 3" line that feeds the 4" line out to the street.

This is the 2nd down spout it is also clogged and the water appears to be making this crack.

The East side of the home. This is where the water was just going between the drive and the foundation. My ugly mess.

Water ponds not all of it comes from my bad pipe job. It is kinda up hill from that back down spout.

You like my matt holding the pipe? You didnt know I was such an oakey. The water also ponds at this corner.

Back towards the front. The two cracks I think send the water to pool and then into the basement.

Again just looking North down the driveway.

This is the South West Corner of the home at the addition. My oakey drain. Heads to that 4' pipe that dumps out front.
